2 weeks no smoking and going strong

Here is the actual email of another happy client who has contacted me…

Hi Astrid,

My name is Carla, I came and saw you 2 weeks ago to quit smoking, we also spoke about my having an energy drink for breakfast, a diet coke in the afternoon and eating chocolate.

I am happy to say that I have not had a smoke or energy drink in the 2 weeks since I saw you, I have had chocolate and diet coke but nowhere near the amounts I was and certainly not on a daily basis. When it comes to the energy drinks I have not even thought about it, whereas it was a part of daily routine. As for the smoking, only once have I really thought about it, I think I mentioned when I saw you that I was going to Asia with work for a week, there was one night there when I had quite a bit to drink with my colleagues, and I thought I “needed” a ciggie, but instead just went up to my room and forgot about it. I haven’t yet been around any of my friends that smoke, but I am totally confident, I’m feeling a lot stronger than any of the other times that I have “given up” in the past, in fact, besides the one occasion in Asia I can honestly say that I don’t feel like I have smoked before, I have had no cravings or withdrawals. And probably the best part is that I have almost forgotten that I am asthmatic, I’m not exactly running marathons, but can at least climb a hill or staircase without feeling like I can’t breathe and basically over dosing on ventolin.

So… So far, so good.
